Exchange Policy

We will be happy to exchange your purchases, within 5 days of date of receipt, should you need a change in size (subject to stock availability).

Products for exchange must be in NEW and UNUSED condition with original packaging and proof of purchase/hangtag intact.

Please email us with your request and we will be in contact with you.

Local mail charges (both ways) will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for items lost in mail. Please be advised that shipping/postage and handling charges are not refundable. Any further charges incurred upon the return of the items are to be borne by the customer. Exchange items are subject to availability.
